This policy explains what personal data Epixstore SAS (42 rue du Roi Baco, 44100 Nantes, France; RCS Nantes 988 600 102), the data controller, processes through epixstore.com. For any privacy question, write to hello@epixstore.com.
Forms
When you use the Build With Us or opportunity form, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email address, company or project, website and message. We use it to answer you and discuss your project (steps you asked for before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). We keep it for up to 3 years after our last exchange.
When you join the newsletter, we receive your email address and send you occasional emails, with your consent. We keep it until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, write to hello@epixstore.com.
Hosting and logs
epixstore.com is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) for security, for up to 30 days (legitimate interest).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Who receives your data
Only the providers we need: Hetzner (hosting, Germany) and our mail server (hosted in Germany). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@epixstore.com. If you think we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the authority of your country.

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and its date.
